I have been coming to BIM for just over a year and I love it! I have hypermobile joints (too flexible) so I get various aches and pains and my posture is not so great. In the past 2 years I have had surgery on both hips. My physiotherapist recommended the BIM Pilates Studio to help increase my core strength and improve my posture.
Since I started I have had less backache and joint pain and recovered from major surgery more quickly than I ever thought I would and my posture is always improving.
Pilates becomes a way of thinking and you start to do it automatically.
The staff are so friendly and personable and I look forward to going every week. The small sized sessions means you have an intensive session each time. The best of all is it tones and exercises in a relaxed friendly environment without going to the gym!

Matwork exercise is accessible to all. It can both nurture and challenge at the same time. I feel relaxed, stretched and strengthened.
